Windows 10: In browser Live Chat Support loading forever

After updating to Windows 11, the PC wont open Microsoft Store, many Windows apps, such as 'calculator' and 'paint' are non-existent after the upgrade.I've gone down the rabbit hole of resetting/re-installing the Store by various methods to no avail, hence contacting live support.The live support chat browser page wont go anywhere past 'loading', I've tried multiple browsers, clearing caches/cookies, again to no avail.I've attached a screenshot of the loading page, but on my end it says 'not found', unfortunately there is no easy way to fix this with my PC missing so many basic applications -

Try...

1. Clearing the cache of whatever browse you're using

2. Using another browser

3. Any /all of your browsers in private/incognito mode. This will ignore cached files and cookies.

I accidentally deleted a clipchamp microsoft account and i wanted to contact a support for this, but the problem is to assign an agent to my service request, I have to start a live chat first which I cannot because it keeps on loading forever and I'm still stuck on this page
