Windows 10: In BSOD loop with no Microsoft password so unable restore system

I am in a BSOD loop 0xc000021a .When I try to 'reset this PC' I am asked for a password that I don't have or no longer remember. What's the best course of action? I am unable to enter Safe Mode F5 either as when I did I restored to an earlier point and can no longer access. Help appreciated.

BSOD system restore loop

I am currently stuck in a very tricky bsod loop. I started today with a blue screen and to try and fix it I started running driver verifier. I restarted my system and i got a bsod saying driver verifier violation detected. So I disabled the verifier and
restarted but i keep getting the same bsod. I tried launching in safe mode but i dont know what my admin password is and that is weird because i have limited passwords and none worked, just weird. Tired launching with networking and it wouldnt connect to the
internet through my ethernet. Anyway, i got fed up with it all and decided to rollback my pc to earlier this month. When i did that it asked for the password stating my microsoft account as the username and none of my passwords worked there either. So i tried
to restart to get to the bsod troubleshooting page but it always brings me immidetly to the system recover password screen after it crashes with driver verifier violation detected. No idea what to do now. Please help.

 

System Image Restore Is Not Recognizing My Password

Although I do have 2-step verification I don't think it was the problem as I have been able to do a system restore in the past with it enabled. I also tried logging into my account on the pc with the password & that failed too. I was certainly careful in entering the password. After changing the password all was fine so I don't know whether something got messed up with the original password change or what else may have caused it.

 

How to delete inactive System Image Restore Points in System Restore

Windows 10 64-bit.
When I click "show more restore points" in System Restore I see a bunch of old "system image restore points" that were deleted in past and do not correspond to any currently active restore points. Clicking any of these old restore points, I simply get an error message saying they could not be found, and to select another restore point instead.I would like to delete these restore points listings but have been unable to do so.
So far, I have tried steps mentioned below without any luck :

Disk Cleanup through (C Properties
Disable System Protection (OFF and ON) in System Protection for OS (C
Disk Space Usage to minimum (slider button all the way to the left then 'Delete all restore points for this drive'),
Delete all shown Restore points in CCleaner (the problem ones do not show here),
Reset Windows Backup to Default in Windows 10 with 'Reset_Windows_Backup.bat' utility.

Any suggestions highly welcome.
