    The problem all started out when my computer crashed, I restarted the computer and it let me log in and mess around for maybe at most 3 minutes then crash. After restarting multiple times it would abruptly give me a bosd screen before even being able to enter windows with the error 0xc0000098. This seemed like a simple error to fix, I fixed the bootrec and the master boot record but still after restart it would crash and give me a bosd screen and restart. Then I gave up on all my data and decided to clean the main ssd drive and reinstall windows. After trying this it also did not work and gave me only 1/2 second of bosd screen before restarting. It then gave "Windows could not install windows properly abrupt restart" I then clicked ok and was stuck in this loop. So I thought to myself maybe this could be the ssd is broken or too old, so I then proceeded to clean my second drive and hdd which I tried to install on, It also gave me the same error and same loop. At this point me and my friend are completely lost and help from anyone?

    Reinstall Windows 10 to new hard drive

    Hi Rodolpho,

    We want to know about the issue you're having with your recovery drive. Please answer the questions below:

    • Are you trying to reinstall Windows 8 or Windows 10?
    • If you already upgraded to Windows 10, were you able to create a new copy of the recovery drive?

    We suggest creating a new copy of the recovery drive and then follow the steps provided by Andre Da Costa above this thread.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
