Windows 10: In Clipchamp, file explorer is hidden in xbox game bar recording

like its recording everything, but as soon as i want to upload something thru the file explorer, the file explorer i hidden in the video.

In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings (press Windows +
   I key together) > Privacy.
   
2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for
   Microphone.
   
3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone
   to ON.
   
4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to
   ON.
   
5. Restart the game bar.

We tried reproducing your query on our lab machines and found that the recording feature doesn’t work on File Explorer or Desktop window. However, as a workaround you can start recording on a app (like a browser or notepad) and then switch to Desktop
or File Explorer window.
