    In fullscreen mode in chome tab I encountered an inability to perform the desired transition.


    When attempting to switch from a normal screen to fullscreen in chome tab using the alt+tab combination while having another screen already in fullscreen mode activated with F11, I encountered an inability to perform the desired transition.

    Edge, fullscreen videos and Alt-Tab

    Well met.

    When I play a video in fullscreen with any browser and I alt tab to a window, the video remains in fullscreen behind the new window, so if the window is small I can still see most of the video while attending to the other windows.

    In Edge, when I Alt-Tab, the video keeps playing, but it keeps minimized. The behavior I desire is that of the rest of the browsers. Is there a way to make it behave so?

    I've searched several times but I've never been able to find any solution, the YouTube enhancer extension doesn't address it.

    Apologies if I post in the wrong section, first time posting here and I couldn't see the other.

    Automatically moving a fullscreen window onto a new desktop

    Hi Joel,

    In Windows 10, there is an option to open an app in a fullscreen view. This way, it will be possible for you to make the fullscreen window move to a new desktop. Follow these steps to do so.

    • Right click on the application.
    • Select Properties.
    • Click on the Shortcut tab.
    • Beside the Run option, click on the drop-down menu and then choose Maximized.
    • Click on Apply button and then click OK.
