Windows 10: In MSFS I get the 'missing packages' message about very few weeks, I tried all remedies...

I have MSFS which i s a great simulator but in the last few months I keep getting the "missing essential packages" message in the update step every few weeks.. I have tried all recommendations in the discussions but cannot go beyond the blue update screen with the essential packages messages. From that screen I also cannot get to the content manager..The only way to resume simming is deinstalling and reinstalling which is not a very efficient option...Any recommendation? I am on WINDOWS 11

Windows defender: recurring message: threat severe, remediation incomplete

Facts

Several weeks from windows Defender Virus and Threat Protection a message about a severe security breach.

• Message: Remediation incomplete.
  
• Detected: Trojan:Script/Phonzy.A!ml
  
• Details: This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.
  
• Affected Items: file: \Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy18\Windows\SysWOW64\CDN4055\data.dll

Remediation Incomplete Message

Remediation Incomplete Message

I had a Trojan threat that indicated a virus was in Temporary files. I ran CCleaner to clear temporary files. I then checked Windows Security and it said my Virus and Threat Protection was ok. See screenshot.

Later, I rechecked Protection History and found the Remediation Incomplete message. See screenshot. I read that sometimes this message can appear after clearing a virus threat.

I ran CCleaner again and also Malwarebytes. I also did a Full scan on Windows Defender. In all scans they did not show I had any virus issues.

So, how should I treat the Remediation Incomplete message?
