Windows 10: In my case when iam watch a specific series some videos in 5 minutes after the sound gone...

AND SAME VIDEO I WATCH MY ANOTHER DEVICE THAT WELL SOUND IS EXITs WHY THIS PROBLEM

No sound after 5 minutes

I play a video and the sound stops working after 5 minutes.
I launch a game and sound stops working after 5 minutes.

Restarting the Windows Audio service via services.msc re-enables sound for another 5 minutes, then I loose sound again.

Testing the playback sound device in sound options returns "Error! Failed to play test tone."

I am using a Lenovo U330 notebook.

I found articles dating back to older versions of Windows with similar problems, but I have yet found a permanent fix that resolves the issue.

I used sfc/scannow in cmd and it returned errors that it can't fix , but the error log is huge and I can't pinpoint the issue.

How can I permanently fix my sound issues?

• Which web browser are you using to watch online videos?
• Do you receive any error message?
• What is the make and model of the computer?

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.
