Windows 10: in my computer im getting error in face, fingerprint, sign in options.

I can be able to login by using pin but couldn't be able to use or change the fingerprint and face I've tried everything that are mentioned in the other reply from the manager, still couldn't be able to access the fingerprint and face recognition.please help me to access it "Microsoft"

Fingerprint sign-in as default option on Windows 11

I just upgraded to Windows 11. When I sign-in, I am asked to enter my PIN. In order to use fingerprint, I have to select "sign-in options" and click on the fingerprint. I have restarted the computer numerous times, and each time I am asked to enter my PIN and have to go through this extra step to use my fingerprint to sign-in. How do I get my fingerprint as the default option to sign-in as I had using Windows 10.

Can't find the face sign in option for my xps

The steps provided in the link says "Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Sign-in
options to set up Windows Hello. Under Windows Hello , you’ll see options for face, fingerprint, or iris if your PC has
a fingerprint reader or a camera that supports it. "

My issue is it does not display face. It only displays fingerprint
