    In my PC with WINDOWS 10,How can I take back my videos downloaded & stored in desk top...


    Dear Sir, Last week, I did my PC having WINDOWS 10, recovery and reset, as per states in Settings. After done everything, I saw some videos are on downloaded & stored in "Desk top items" are missing. When I restart done, I saw it in the File explorer, but when I click to open, it disappeared. Please guide me, a man who is 74 age, do not study the Basic Principles of COMPUTER, to do how can reback my videos stored, in desktop items.

    D drive on a desk top pc

    I have a desk top pc with windows 10, when I put a disc in the drawer the pc is unable to play the content. I am unable to view photo's stored on a disc, also unable to install software eg. for a new printer. I have tried media player but that did do
    the job.
