HIi Team,Im my microsoft account i cant able to see Windows Hello PIN option is not visible, however when i login with Local Administrative account, i can able to view Windows Hello PIN Option. So could you please help me to get this feature enable.My windows is Updated & current version details are Version 22H2 OS Build 19045.2251I have tride belo options1.Deleting Ngc folder in C:\WINDOWS\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft Location & restarted2. Updated windows3 Run the sfc /scannow command & restrtedAll above steps tried, but no result, request you to kindly

Hello & PIN sign-in options missing

Hi,

The Hello (face recognition) and PIN options have disappeared from the sign-in options on my Dell Inspiron running Windows 10.

This occurred after having to resolve a SecureBoot problem - likely to be due to a recent automatic upgrade.

Each time I try and set a new image and new PIN, I get caught in a loop for the PIN and the image for Hello never successfully forces through creation of Hello and PIN sign-in options.

Any suggestions?

• How are you setting the PIN and Hello?
• Which build version of Windows is your PC running on?
• Were there any error codes or messages?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how to set up PIN.

• Open Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Click Sign-in options.
• Click the Add button for the PIN and set your PIN.
• Do the same for the Windows Hello.

Microsoft account sign in option missing

I have a local account with a sign in password for boot up.

After a recent major MS update, I no longer have an option to sign in at boot up using my Microsoft account.

When I go to Settings > Accounts > Sign in options ... this is what I see.

Any suggestions to resovle this and restore MS account sign in?

If I go to Email app accounts > Add an account ... A new window flashes on the screen and disappears.
