Dear Sir, In my WINDOWS 10 PC, the DVD player is not yet to open the CD & play now. Previously it is working well, but now not yet open, after insert the CD. I humble request to guide me,, a man 73 years old, who didn't study the Basic knowledge of COMPUTER & to solve this Technically. Please guide me to do well. UMACHANDRAN VISWANATHAN.

What type of DVD are you trying to play? Will it play correctly in another PC? Will another DVD play in this PC?

What DVD player are you using to play the DVD? You must have a DVD player to play DVD's in Windows 10. Try one of these:
