    If the issue happened after installing the Polarr Pro, we suggest that you uninstall the app first and check if the photo app will work.

    To uninstall a program in Windows 10, follow these steps:

    • Go to Control Panel.
    • Click Programs.
    • Look for Programs and Features.
    • Right-click Polarr Pro.
    • Click Uninstall.

    Get back to us with the result.

    I am on a dell 13 5000 2 in 1 and polarr works great on mine....Its an awesome editing program. I Will try it on a couple of other devices I own and see what I come up with.
