    I would suggest you to clear all the browsing history and check if the issue still persists.

    If by "turn off" you mean disable there's a tutorial for that: Enable or Disable Microsoft Edge InPrivate Browsing in Windows 10 Since you have home there's reg files in option two that you can merge. Book the tut in case you ever want to enable it again.

    If you want to turn it off for just that session and have it available next time all you need to do is either close the inprivate tab and continue browsing and / or close the edge browser.
