My lap top can take up to 45 minutes to get started. It freezes all the time. In the Windows C drive in Programme files I have something called Driver Support. It seems to be to do with MacAfee which I do not use. It was on the lap top when I bought it but allowed it to expire.

    deleting hard drive files

    Hi,

May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
    perform the task:

    • Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
    • Choose the files to delete
    • Click on "Clean up system files"
    • Click on Ok

For any concerns, don't hesitate to get back to us.

    Regards.

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    ATI Driver install problems

    Hi!

There seems to be a kind of a mess after deletion of your current driver.
Have you tried step-by-step drivers update procedure including Driver Sweeper, deleting Prefetch and Temp folders, etc?
