Windows 10: in progress

so i have been grinding points for days and redeeming my points to get a 100 robux card and it says in progress, so i waited yesterday for at least 24 hours and never showed my code, i tried contacting microsoft support and i waited and waited, and i have been checking my gmail and outlook for any updates and there where no replies. And i contacted them again, but didnt replied.

• Does this only happen to a certain folder/file? Or are all your folders/files affected?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Send us a screenshot of the error message so we can see all the details?
