    "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your pin again" but when I click "set up pin", it loads forever and then nothing happens.
    This is happening every time I restart my pc. I tried the process below but it doesn't work at all.

    To boot your computer in Safe mode:

    Press the Shift key and don’t release, and click the Power icon at the bottom-right and choose Restart.
    After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or press F4 to start your PC in Safe Mode. Or if you'll need to use the Internet, select 5 or press F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

    I can't log-in.
    No, there's no "login with password",

    no, restarting doesn't help. Can't login with PIN.
    Doesn't matter what I do, it always says that the PIN is unavailable and it tried to open the Windows Store(?) so it could install a App or something - but then it gives me the "Something happened..." and then it asks to open the windows store again, infinite loop.

    boot windows 11 in safe mode now I get pin is not available “ then it “click to set up pin” nothing happens

    I tried to boot win 11 in safe mode. Now I get “something happened and your pin is not available “. It tells me to set up my pin. I try and it is an endless loop

    I tried to reboot in diagnostic mode using a general menu in the boot/startup dialogue (three options to boot are safe, diagnostic, and standard).

    "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again"

    When I attempt to reset, it hangs
