Windows 10: In the snipping tool, the button "see more" is shown twice and is not working.

It is shown in the normal place. and also on the highlighter button.This makes it so that the highlighter button is very hard to press.And also the "see more" button is not working when you press either of them.I have tried restarting the pc, reparing the app, resetting the app, reinstalled the app.But nothing has worked.See image attached.

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service
  

 

Snippet Tool will snip but snip doesn't show up in a test email

I realize the inconvenience you are experiencing with Windows 10. I will certainly help you.



I would like to inform you that Snipping tool is a desktop app and not a Windows Store app.

All the Windows Store apps will be listed in All apps list and not desktop app.

Regarding the sending attachment emails of snipped imaged, follow the steps below and check if it helps.

1. Open Snipping tool.

2. Then click on New button and then imaged will be shown in the snipping tool.

3. After that click on File button on the top left side of the app and click on
Send to.

4. Click on Email Recipient.
