    I have the Print Shop 23 deluxe installed on my computer. When trying to open the Print Shop, I got an error message saying I needed to show the file was valid and I could access it. I went to the Print Shop support center and it was suggested that I repair the problem by reinstalling the Print Shop. I tried that but got another message saying there was an error and the installation was cancelled. I paid for this program through Encore and have used it many times with no problems. Recently Windows updated my computer so I'm wondering if something happened during the updates that caused this er
