Windows 10: In what folder does Edge store open tabs?

I backed up %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge\User Data before reinstalling Windows and I got back my bookmarks and passwords, but I'm struggling to get back the last session of opened tabs before the reinstall. I found the History file and opened it with 'DB Browser for SQLite', but where can I find the last opened tabs? I can't log into the account and sync - account issues I couldn't solve no matter what tutorial and advice I tried caused me to reinstall.

Edge opens with old tabs

Must of happened after the last update, maybe.
I'll have 2 or 3 tabs open.
I red X and get the "Do you want to close all tabs?"
Close all and everything closes.

Reopen Edge and I have the same tabs open.
I've restored Edge to defaults.

In "Open Microsoft Edge with" I have:

"A specific page or pages"
Google"

Open new tabs with
"Top sites and suggested content"

My laptop has exactly the same settings without the problem.

Make Edge open new tab to right of existing tabs

I want a new tab in Edge to open to the right of all existing tabs. Have not found a way to do this yet.
Any suggestions.

Open your Mail in a tab, to get address, then open Settings. Hit the 3 line menu (upper L) then Startup. Use the options in screenshot. I have 2 start pages listed but you get the idea -
