When activated for update for the above messages as displayed; I am getting these following error messages:

cannot print to my HP Photosmart 8180

Since installing Windows 10 my HP Photosmart 8180 will not work - the IP address does not show up in the printer screen - I downloaded all the new drivers and reinstalled the printer, and the computer can see the printer but it will not print. Other printers
that are connected are listed with IP addresses. How can I fix this?

 

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?
