Windows 10: In Window 10 How do you turn a Wordpad document to landscape?

How do I get WordPad to change the page orientation from portrait to landscape? Plus any other benefits that people who "Upgraded to Windows 10 who had Office installed" (earlier questions) got from Word?

I have a custom computer which came with Windows 10 installed. Office was not installed because I already had an official, genuine Microsoft Office package with disk. After I got the computer from the assembler, I installed the Office program I have. I occasionally use WordPad because I need a simple word processor, not Word. ( I would actually like to have my ancient WordStar for PCs installed for most of the times I use WordPad.). Yeah, I go way back to CP/M days before there was a Microsoft.

I save a landscape document in wordpad just fine but when I re-open

it later it opens in portrait - how can i fix this ?? thanks in advance

You can try the following procedures below:

Open your document in WordPad.

Click the File tab and then, select Page Setup.

Select Landscape in the Orientation section and click "OK."
