Windows 10: In Windows 10 20H2 there are no entries Eventid 100 under Diagnostics-Performance

I upgraded from 20H1 to 20H2 and I no longer see entries Eventid 100 under Diagnostics-Performance Operational Boot duration in Event Viewer-Applications and Services logs-Microsoft-Windows. I am using full boot Fast Startup disabled and in all previous builds would see this ID 100 Boot duration. I am running build 19042.685 and only get ID 200 Startup duration. Is this an issue in 20H2?

• Are you able to boot the device to desktop?
• What is the complete error message along with error code of this issue?
• What is the make and model of your device?

If you are able to log-in to the desktop, try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Method1: Run Memory Diagnostic Tool.

• Press Windows key and type
  Memory Diagnostic.
• Select Windows Memory Diagnostics
  and click on Restart now and check for problems.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

20h2 update freezes at 100%

At which step does it freeze?

I'm on a low bandwidth ISP and have been seeing my 'Downloading...' step SAY 100% but clearly there's still some serious network traffic down that continues for another 15 minutes. It helps to know it's really not stuck, and this Download 100% message is premature.

Check Performance Monitor if it is the Download step.
