Windows 10: In Windows 10 Game Bar, is there a way to limit the video bitrate of the resulting mp4 files?

Each of my recorded game videos(1080p 60fps) are around 21 mbps video bitrate. I used handbrake to lower the video bitrate to 15mb and 8mb. Besides the obvious difference in file size, I compared all 3 videos to see any difference in video quality and to my surprise, I couldn't see any loss in video quality which leads back to the question: In Windows 10 Game Bar, is there a way to limit the video bitrate of the resulting mp4 files?

Nokia 3230 Video Bitrate?

i'm experiencing lag issues on the the video after converting.. i 'm trying to convert an mp4 video.. these are the details for that mp4 video..

video summary:

duration: 01:10:14

bitrate: 336 kbps

format: mpeg4

size: 320x240

frame rate: 25.00fps

audio summary:

format: mpeg4aac

bitrate: 0 kbps

sample rate: 48000hz

channels: stereo

this is the video details of the one i'm trying to convert.. by the way, i'm using a xilisoft 3gp video converter.. please help..

 

MP4 Personal Video files lag after August 2016 update (windows 10)

Do not worry we will help you with this issue.

Try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Video playback troubleshooter and check

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Video playback options from the list.
  
• Click Next to run the troubleshooter.

Step 2: I suggest you to copy the files from your computer to another working computer and check if you are able to access them.

This will let us know if the issue is with specific files types on your computer.

Video file format and max bitrate on 6110 Nav

Hi.

I have converted a little video from wmv into divx with mp4 file extension, but it won't play on my navigator. The file is only 60MB, but it has a pretty high bitrate of 5050 kb/s video(divx6) and 320 kb/s audio(mp3).

Any ideas on Exactly what file formats are supported for both video and audio, and what their maximum bitrates are please?

I think this stuff should be made clear in the manual under the media section so people know how to encode for the phone, rather than guessing.
