    In Windows 10 with HP Envy laptop. Suddenly lost access to Windows Start Menu and all Settings.


    Windows Start Icon unresponsive, also unresponsive in Safe Mode. Cannot access settings, sound settings, network settings nor any settings. Only way to shut down or restart is with Alt F4. Can't even access the new notification I supposedly have. I repeat, SAME ISSUES IN SAFE MODE!
