Windows 10: In Windows 11 Contacts in The user's Contacts folder cannot be printed

In Windows 10 the contacts folder users\username\Contacts contained many contacts. It was easy to print a list of Contacts, using the Print action button, which was available in the Windows Explorer for the Contacts folder.In the latest version 24H2 of Windows 11 the Contacts folder with all the contacts and a Print action button is still available.Sadly the Print action only supplies an empty page to the printer with only a header line, saying Windows Contacts. It seems that Windows 11 still has the user's Contacts folder with all the action buttons, but does no longer support it.To me and

Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.

Windows 10 contacts folder

Hi dalchina, I should have done a better job of expressing what I'm looking for. 1) Some form of windows 10 contact folder replacement. A contacts/address book type of thing that will display something like the columns that were available in the contacts folder; for Names, phones numbers (home and business), email addresses, notes. 2) The ability to make the list compact in order to assist scrolling thru the list of hundreds of contacts efficiently. 3) I need to be able to export an android phone contacts list that consists of phone contacts only...no email contacts. I used to be able to do this, but eventually there came a time that, even tho there are no visible email contacts displayed when viewing my phone's contact app list, when that exported list is imported into an empty gmail contact list, somehow all my gmail contacts are now included. Not only is the Outlook setup underwhelming, and has no option to make it compact, when I try to import the the exported gmail Outlook csv file, I get this

and it won't let me delete more than 50 contacts at a time, which apparently means that if I want to delete a list of more than 50 contacts, I must select them one art a time. Even If I wanted to use the People app from the start menu, there doesn't seem to be an optional login requirement. I'm not comfortable with that kind of easy access on my desktop. If I'm wrong, please correct me. Maybe someone could recommend a third party Windows app that fits my description?

 

Contact names in contact list

I have a list of contacts in my outlook.live account that are listed in numerical order by office number, e.g. “101 Larry” “Smith” is the first and last name for Larry Smith in office 101. This method has always resulted in a perfectly numerically ordered contact list, until recently. Now, when I add Larry to my contact list, Outlook only shows Larry’s email address, no name, no office number. Any help / suggestions would be so greatly appreciated. I’ve tried using customer support before, not looking forward to that ordeal again.
