Windows 10: In Windows 11, how to prevent Windows logging off when the screen turns off?

I'm using a laptop and I don't want the computer to log off when the screen turns off.I need this because I'm using various background programs and access shared files in the laptop from another computer, but I don't need the laptop's screen to be simultaneously open and as such waste precious battery.How do I do this on Windows 11?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
