Windows 10: In Windows 11 only one Ports COM & LPT shows

Hello Microsoft, Two days ago, in Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices there was a list of six or eight ports listed in the device tree similar to attached image marked "250123 4 PM" under the device marked "Ports: COM & LPT.Yesterday only one port could be seen as shown in the device tree in attached image marked "250123 4 PM" under the device marked "Ports: COM & LPT. Unable to find USB Serial Port (Ports COM & LPT) in Device Manager Windows 11

After updating to Windows 11 I can no longer get the serial port in Ports COM & LPT from the Device Manager.

When I select Device Manager nothing shows up, I cannot see Ports COM & LPT.

These are the steps I have tried:

IN DEVICE MANAGER

• View: Show hidden devices in Device Manager (nothing happens)
  
• Scan for hardware changes
  
• Action: Add legacy hardware. Used both search recommended and add manually.
  
• When trying to add Communication Port: "Windows cannot determine the settings from this device". Does not work and have a yellow warning sign. When adding legacy hardware next time it is uninstalled since it says it does not work.
  
• When trying to add Serial Port: "The installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device instance".
  

WINDOWS UPDATE

Making sure all updates are done (both software and hardware)

My system

• Windows 11
  
• HP Pavilion Laptop

4. Software Conflicts: Disable any antivirus or firewall software that may be blocking the installation.

5. Windows Registry Issues:

• Open the Registry Editor (regedit.exe).
  
• Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root.
  
• Delete any keys related to COM ports or LPT ports.
  
• Restart your computer.

PORTS (COM & LPT) is not displayed in Windows 10

Hi

PORTS (COM & LPT) is not appearing in my Device Manager in Windows 10. I followed these steps:

1. Connect the USB.
2. Open Device Manager.
3. Click on Action.
4. Select Add legacy hardware.
5. Click on Next.
6. Select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced),
   then click Next.
7. Scroll down, then select Ports (COM & LPT), and then click
   Next.
8. Select Manufacturer as your need, (in this case, select the standard type or default option), and then click
   Next.
9. Click Finish.

The problem is what manufacturer AND MODEL should I select? I tried some models but I get an error.
