    I have Windows 11 Pro and Onedrive. My documents are in folders that are always available on my pc whether or not I'm online. Bitlocker is on. I understand that the files are encrypted on my pc. And the files sync to Onedrive over a secure connection. When the files are at rest in my online Onedrive folders, are they encrypted?I have two pcs with Bitlocker on, running Windows 11 pro, and both sync to Onedrive. If one pc creates or edits a file, and the file is synced to the second pc, will the second pc be able to decrypt the file?

    I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

    To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.


    • Press Windows key + X and click on
      Control Panel.

    • Change View by from Category
      to Large Icons/Small Icons.

    • Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
      Turn BitLocker Off.

    • Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
      when the message appears.
