Windows 10: In Windows 11 'Windows 7 Restore' asks for disks before last full backup

Since using Windows 11 on a new 2022 HP laptop, 'Windows 7 Restore' from DVD asks for disks before last full backup, including the very first back up disk. I run a new full backup each month on a new DVD with incremental backups for three/four weeks. How can I get it to use only a single specific full backup disk, as in earlier versions?

Haven't used it but sounds like it based on Backup and Restore Center info found here. Says you can choose what files and folders if you want and also mentions a system image. Quicken has it's own backup option under one of the menus, use that too. I have for my mom and it's a breeze. Just reinstall app and use Restore in Quicken.

P.S. Please note, this option deprecating was announced only for Windows 8. Backup and Restore (Windows 7) function was removed and discontinued in Windows 8. The Control Panel applet used by Backup and Restore was renamed to Windows 7 File Recovery.

But this function re-appeared in Windows 8.1 with a same name and can be found in Control Panel even in the latest Windows 11 builds and is fully functional and supported.

However, Microsoft hides this applet in Windows 11 and suggests using online backup to OneDrive.

P.P.S. System image backup is a different tool and is not related to Backup and Restore (Windows 7).
