Windows 10: In windows update, I am getting this error: 0x80070103 for Intel - Extension - 1/21/2019...

I reinstalled windows 11 Pro and the OS Build is 22631.2715. All the updates went fine except Intel - Extension - 1/21/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1904.12.0.1208 and keep getting this error: 0x80070103 in Windows Update. Any ideas how to resolve it? Thank you.

In Device manager I don't see any Graphic adapter to uninstall.

Hopefully, Microsoft will resolve this issue soon. I don't know why this happened all of a sudden.
