    To understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

    • Since from when are you facing this issue?
    • What happens when you try to access the same websites in other PC?
    I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it help you.

    • Open the Microsoft Edge browser. Open a website.
    • Click on '. . .' select Open with Internet Explorer
      and check if the issue persists.
    If the issue doesn't resolve, try the below steps.

    • Press Start, type Internet Explorer and
      select it.
    • Press Ctrl + Shift + P, it opens Internet Explorer as
      InPrivate mode      . Try to access the website and check if the issue still persists.

    Why I cannot access to some websites since upgraded to windows 10?

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft community.

    A quick question before we proceed.

    Are you able to access other websites on Microsoft Edge and IE in in-private browsing window?

    I would suggest you try the steps below to browse through private mode in Internet explorer and check if the issue persists.

    1. Press windows key + R.

    2. Type Internet Explore and press extern.

    3. Once the browser is open, press crtl + Shift + P to open internet explorer in private mode.Check if the issue persists.

    I would also suggest you to clear the browsing history and cache in Microsoft edge by following the steps below.

    • Open Microsoft edge
    • click on the Hub icon (three horizontal lines at top bar) and then click History Icon.
    • Now click “Clear all history
    • Now select “Cookies and saved website data” and “Cached data and files” and click
      Clear.
    If issue still persists reset Internet Explorer. Please follow the article below which discuss about the same.
