    Inability to bring up my Dashlane program


    I am running Windows 10. I have not been able to bring up my DL program. When I try (using three different browsers) I get a msg that says: "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." Can anyone help me?

    Thanks Efraim,

    The troubleshooter did not bring up the Dashlane program as an option to troubleshoot.

    Resetting the Windows Store cache did not help either.
