Windows 10: Inability to install or update anything in the microsoft store/ xbox gamepass. "Something...

I am experiencing a lot of trouble trying to update and install apps through the microsoft apps store and xbox gamepass. all apps basically download, and shortly after it says installing an error appears with "Something happened on our end", which has error code 0x80070005. I am on a completely fresh windows install so I am having trouble pinpointing what is going on. I have tried a lot of things already so I hope you can help me. what have I triedwith plenty of restarts after these solutions: UPDATING:There are no store updates or windows updates, this is a new windows install. Xbox Gamepass

So the country I live in, to get an Xbox gamepass I have to spend around 25$ on game pass gift cards (From local stores) for the basic 10$ subscription. So is there any form of Microsoft store gift card that I can redeem to purchase gamepass from the store itself? like how in steam we get steam cards that we redeem to have money on the steam wallet.

 

Microsoft Store and Xbox app broken

when i try open the microsoft store or the xbox gamepass app it will appear for a second then immediately crash , i have tried redownloading both the microsoft store and the gamepass multiple times and the problem still remained

 

Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Perks

I am a part of a Microsoft family which gives me access to Xbox gamepass ultimate. One of the Xbox gamepass ultimate perks is an ancestral ship set for sea of thieves but someone else in my family already claimed it. Is there any way I can have access
to it as well or do I need to buy gamepass for myself?
