Windows 10: inability to log in email

Discus and support inability to log in email in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I am using Windows 10 would like to go to 11 and when I try to get to my email I have to sign in user and password, I get a message identity.att.com...     inability to log in email


    I am using Windows 10 would like to go to 11 and when I try to get to my email I have to sign in user and password, I get a message identity.att.com 443 telling me I have tried to many times to sign in. It sends me to a page to restore my password, then I have to get a text on my phone for a secret code then change my password. Next time I try to check the email I have to go thru the same process. This is frustrating! Any ideas?
