Windows 10: Inability to use the camera -sudden onset.

Sometime back, there was continuous interruption asking for permission for svchost.exe to use the camera/webcam. when it became a botheration, i blocked it. The camera was working in ZOOM and such other medias. Yesterday I tried to switch on the camera and a pop-up came saying C/Windows/ystem32/svchost.exe is blocked and the camera is not switched on. I do not know how to rectify that. Please HELP

• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.
