Windows 10: Inaccessible BIOS

A few weeks ago I posted a question about my overworked hard drive taking and age to boot up from sleep or restart. One of the numerous suggestions made to me was to get more RAM, which I have done today. On turning on for the first time a message flashed up about a sum being incorrect and I should check the BIOS. It was only on the screen briefly, I presume because the boot process found double the RAM it was expecting, but I cannot get into the set-up to check that my new purchase is working as it should. Bios update and "Inaccessible Boot Device" error

Hello everyone,

I just updated my bios(as Lenovo vontage suggested to me). Everything was going well till the windows restarted and then I got the "Inaccessible Boot Device" error on a blue page, and then I stuck in the "preparing automatic repair" page. I used the NOVO
button to access to troubleshooting section and nothing happened. I appreciate it if anyone has a suggestion. I tried some solutions but they did not work
