Windows 10: Inaccessible Boot Error wont let me open my laptop

My latop Lenovo Ideapad 3 Gaming 15IHU6 after installing a bios update won't let me turn on my computer and keeps reaching the blue screen aith the error code "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE" or the automatic repair screen. In the automatic repair screen many things don't work such as many of the commands and drives not working from the command prompt, nothing in the UEFI changing anything and every other button running into an error. Many of the buttons I see on youtube videos are also missing too, such as reset your pc. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Inaccessible boot device

I recently got the error "inaccessible boot device" on a laptop with Windows 10 Home Edition.

No updates were installed between the time it was working and now.

I made a recovery USB last year and the computer will not boot from it although I have listed it as the first boot in the setup.

on the point 1 why should I boot from windows 8.1 CD/DVD ?

this problem is with windows 10 .

the error I get when I boot the system is

inaccessible boot device
I followed the steps to run a repair ,,, and after finishing all the steps of repair the computer restart automatically and the same blue screen with the same error . I think theres no way at all to solve this problem .
