Windows 10: Inappropriate display of window

I am currently using Windows 10 Home , with all updates installed properly. But when I run ctrl+r it opens run command window weirdly. I thought it might be a glitch so I restarted Windows and tried it again but the problem remains same. And then I tried with Windows task manager window which is also weird. Display settings

It seems that your display driver is inappropriate. So install the right driver for your display using these steps:

• In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
• Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you’d like to update.
• Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
• Select Update Driver.
• If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).
