Windows 10: Inbox full???

Discus and support Inbox full??? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; We are using Mail on Windows 10 version 16005.14326.21472.0.     Inbox full???


    We are using Mail on Windows 10 version 16005.14326.21472.0. My wife has a live.com account that has been rejecting emails and saying the Inbox is full for months now, despite lots of deleting and other efforts. Actual response is, "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly." Help!

    Forum users with Hotmail/Outlook/Exchange account

    The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).

    Inbox settings

    Yes it is definately outlook 2007.

    When I go to settings the inbox is listed along with other options, but there is no checkbox alongside it



    Thanks for your help. ANy other sites you suggest to try and get some help?

    Two inboxes in Mail App

    Hi,





    One of the reasons why you are seeing two inbox folders in your Windows Mail app is how your email was set up. To best address your concern, we need you to answer the following questions:



    • Have you tried checking your email using a browser to see if there is an existing second inbox folder?
    • When you open the second inbox folder, does it show the same content as the primary inbox folder?
    • Are you getting any error messages? If yes, kindly provide us a screenshot.
    • Did you make any changes before this issue happened?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
