Windows 10: Inbuilt Keyboard & Mouse Touchpad not working after window 10 latest update

Earlier I was the old version of windows 10. Now I have installed the latest version of window 10 to my system.

Here are the details:


Window details:
Window 10 Home
Version 1909

OS Build: 18363.592 / 18363.836 Tried both of them i.e. without and after window update


System details:

Lenovo IdeaPad 510


After the successful installation of window everything was working fine for around 20 minutes. Then I think something got installed May be in features, update, etc and suddenly inbuilt keyboard & touch-pad stopped working. Now the issue is that When I start my laptop, the inbuilt Keyboard & touch-pad work for around 20 seconds Till the time window gets load then then nothing works.
I have tried to use external mouse and that external mouse is working fine but inbuilt does not work.

To fox this I have installed this window multiple times Including Microsoft support agent using USB, ISO, directly from Microsoft official website, Still the problem is not resolved.


I have tried lots of solutions:

• Updated the windows latest update
• Uninstalled, Update driver for mouse and keyboard from device manager
• Updated all drives using official Lenovo System Update software.
• Contacted Microsoft support
• Troubleshoot

Still the problem is not resolved :


Can anyone suggest me the fix to this issue.

Window 10 on Installation keyboard Mouse Not Working

Try attaching to another USB port if they are USB keyboard and mouse.

Keyboard and Touchpad not working during installation or Out of Box Experience.

• Attach USB keyboard and mouse to complete installation.
• When installation is complete check Windows Update for the latest updates and install the appropriate drivers for your keyboard and TouchPad.
• Go to manufacturers website and download the latest chipset drivers for your system model and install them

no keyboard, Mouse or touchpad

Restart my computer last night, laptop keyboard would not work, also notice that touchpad had stopped. went to device manager and I had a yellow triangle next to both it told me both drive were the latest. unistalled both restart computer.no keyboard, no mouse(now), no touchapd, stil have touchscreen keyboard. Went to device manager, HID keyboard there no problem mouse there no problem, unplug mouse disappears plug it in it s back. But laptop keyboard does not work nor does mouse, touch pad still has a problem Yellow triangle.
Went to windows restore, mouse and Keyboard are working on this screen, tell it to go back to previous update, ERROR can not got back. Go back to Win 10 no mouse , no laptop keyboard, no touch pad.
Help! Where to next?
