Windows 10: inbuilt-keyboard not working at first only z now 30% of the keys

so simple initially all ok. then my z key sometime respond & sometime not. then it stop responding till today. along this 30% of other keys stop responding from yesterday. I read the forum but the issue is 'keyboard' option does not exist .my friend also facing the same we both are using asus zenbook, vivobook respectively. After 2 to 2.5yrs we bought. both win11.

z key on wifi keyboard

when I use the z key on my wifi keyboard the screen goes blank. Can anyone suggest how I might fix this?

 

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
