Windows 10: Inbuilt Microphone on my HP Windows 10 isn't recording/working at all

My laptop inbuilt mic isn't working. I am trying to create a video by recording my Chrome screen using Xbox Game Bar Win + G but there's no audio in any of the videos recorded. I have tried all solutions I can find online to no avail.I have checked the Sound and Mic settings in Settings. I have check the Sound and Mic settings in Control panel. I have updated the Mic driver in Device Manager. This is very distressing to me and would appreciate any help.My laptop details are below:Some other screenshot includes:

inbuilt microphone not working Windows 10

A week ago I upgrade my Toshiba L40T-B833 laptop(windows 8.1) to Windows 10. After the upgrade inbuilt microphone isn't working. It is listed under the Recording options of the sound panel as being enabled but it does not seem to be picking up any sound
at all. I have followed all the advice I can find online but it has not solved the problem and whilst people back home can see me, they can not hear me.

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
