Windows 10: Include GIF option not available.

Split from this thread. I was going to post this same question and attach a photograph of the situation. Unfortunately, in typical MS form, it will not let me attach, nor embed, a jpeg or png of the screen capture.At the bottom of the Yahoo Mail Composition screen, to the right of the Send button is the attachment paper clip icon and the emoji icon. Up until this weekend, there was a gif icon, as well, which is now missing. If I use the Yahoo mail app on my iPhone, I still have all of the features. However, when accessing Yahoo mail through a browser Edge, Chrome or Mozilla - I've tried al

Method 1: Network troubleshooting

• • • On the search bar type “Troubleshooting”
    • Click on “Network and Internet”
    • Click on “Network Adapter” and run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Download and install the latest firmware updates for the Wi-Fi adapter

• On the search bar type “ Device Manager”
• On the left pane locate “Network Adapter” and expand by clicking on it
• Right on the “ Wireless adapter” option and click “Uninstall’
• Download the latest Wireless network adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

"There are currently no power options available" error under START menu

I performed the two steps as suggested in the linked thread.

1. I ran the System File Checker. It found a few corrupt files and replaced them but did not solve the main issue.
   
2. I went through the security policies (had to figure out how to enable this because it wasn't available on my computer) and made sure the right users are added to the policy. This did not do anything to solve the problem.

Still struggling here.
