Windows 10: including an app to get notifications center that it is not in the list

How do I include an app to receive notifications when it is not in the "Get notifications from these senders" list? There are only a few apps and not the whole list of apps that I have installed in my computer. I want to get notifications from these app, but since it is not in such a list, i cannot turn it on.

Adding Apps to the Notification app senders list

In my windows 10 notification and action center settings app senders list I don't see mail among the list. How can I add it to the notification list to get email notifications in my action center.

 

How to clean Windows 10 Notification apps list?

You can follow the steps below to help fix this issue:

• Locate the registry entry: HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications\AppDB.
• Delete the AppDB entry and you will notice that the notification center is initialized.
• Start an App that can send notifications. This will be stored in the notification center. For example, start
  Outlook or MS Mail, and then send an email to your account. Check the "Notifications & actions" after the notification.

action center & "show app notification" issue

i found the tutorial from this forum and it work ...
"show app notification" not grayed out anymore and the "action center" balloon back to normal now...

• Press Win + R shortcut keys together on the keyboard to open the Run dialog.

• Type the following in the Run box: gpedit.msc

• Go to the following path in the left pane of Group Policy Editor:
  User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Start Menu and Taskbar

• Locate and modify the following setting: Turn off all balloon notifications.
  Set it to Enabled
