Windows 10: Incompatible driver, not letting me turn on core isolation.

Hello! I've searched for hours tried many methods but I cant find to seem a way to delete this driver called "E1G6032E.sys" The product name is IntelR PRO/1000 Adapter , it was in my hidden devices and I deleted it because it is not apart of my system previously before this I was able to source down to E1G6032E.sys and delete it but it did not work I've deleted all of that and restarted my computer, trying to turn on core isolation it showed the same driver, but its deleted, from everywhere I'm confused on what to do now. Please help

thank you for the reply. The registry editor suggestion actually worked - great! The core isolation option is now greyed out (the settings is managed by the administrator) but permanently on.

However, now the same problem is for the Hardware-enforced Stack Protection option below, which cannot be turned on "due to incompatible drivers", but there are no incompatible drivers found. Is there also a registry work-around?

as lots of people I've been marred with the issue that core isolation is off and can't be turned on due to "incompatible drivers". However, no incompatible drivers are found when Defender searches for them.

The Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform are installed, I've updated everything, and I don't know what else I can do. I'm running a separate paid antivirus suite but I'd sleep better if this Defender function could be turned on.

Unable to enable core isolation however no incompatible drivers listed

I have windows 11 and I am trying to enable windows core isolation. When I try to enable it says there are incompatible drivers. But when I click to review incompatible drivers none are listed. I am not sure what to do. I have tried restarting and scanning again but it's still preventing me from enabling with no incompatible drivers listed.
