Windows 10: Incompetence

Mr. Gates: Your employees match all the requirements for the Peter Principle. I had a system board replaced in an HP workstation which rendered the hard drive Bitlocker inoperable. HP told me to call Microsoft with the Bitlocker ID, so I did. After a total of 6 hours on the phone and chat I received no resolution. I suggest you sell your yacht and put the money into training competent employees. Stop wasting the hours of other people's time who don't have time to waste.

I apologize, that did sound crass. Some suggestions were clear while some contradicted suggestions by others, this in all probability made it difficult for the OP to make proper decisions.

I try to make suggestions clear, simple and easy to understand, without too much information at one time, this tends to help people with computer problems think through each step, which has already happened regarding my first post [to the OP], he is already questioning a piece of software.

Microsoft why do you hire incompetent people ?

Yes, I'm talking about them and the Microsoft incompetent representative who have ZERO knowledge with what is being sold . They advertise the phone numbers for each stores but when you try calling a store you are redirect to Microsoft calling center and
these people have no clue at all about Microsoft products, why even list the phone numbers if you can't talk to them at the stores for concern issues

I think Intel is just delaying because they have no competition. Its time IBM or some other group steps in to press the tech farther. Intel is greedy and AMD is incompetent.
