Windows 10: incomplete puzzle disappears after changing what I was doing

I was just about done with a puzzle, changed over to doing some business and when I came back, the puzzle is no longer, and the collection, Barns, is not even one of the option to open. What the heck?!

Magic Jigsaw puzzles

I tried the steps you suggested but still cannot use the program. I have tried other puzzle programs that work but I do not like them. I really miss my Magic puzzles.

First of all, Mozy is not the problem. That problem was resolved. The problem was someone from Microsoft getting on my computer and messing it up so that it had to be corrected. The problem is the puzzles. It is a problem that stated months ago and continued
to get worse to the point of losing all my puzzles. Your step by step instructions to fix the problem does not work. When I open the puzzles it takes a few minutes for it to even do anything and then up comes, "We are syncing your data with the cloud. Please
wait". Then up comes the error code. The code I just got was 0x80004005.

If I am lucky enough to get to the 2 sets of puzzles you claim I have, when I actually own 118 sets, I can be doing one of those puzzles and poof it disappears.

• Did you see the Puzzle app in start menu?
  

Please refer this
article to find the Puzzle app.

• Did you see the Puzzle app under "Your apps" in Microsoft store?
  

If you don’t see the Puzzle app under “Your apps” in Microsoft store, then reinstall it again from the store.
