Windows 10: Incorrect Active User Name

HelloWhen I open a any document word, excel, publisher on the right top corner my name is correct but the initials are incorrect. When I click on the initials icon I went to office user info and there is a different name but my email address. I tried going into File - Options - and my name is correct and initials are correct there as well but still displaying incorrect on the right top corner. I went into view account of microsoft website and my information is correct there as well. I also went into the business admin site on microsoft and my information is correct there. Not sure how my use

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

The netplwiz option is the same as I posted in post #2 below. If you check the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer box, do you still get this "incorrect user name and password" message?

• Press Windows logo + R keys to open the run command, type
  netplwiz and click on Ok.
