Windows 10: INCORRECT AMD MICRO DRIVERS UPDATE ETERNAL

So I have purchased an Acer aspire ryzen 5 51-543 but I have had this exact problem on an old HP probook 4540s as well and will someone from Microsoft listen because I set up laptops to their fullest potential with correct drivers and Microsoft update comes along and installs micro drivers to the AMD part of which are incompatible to the hardware I have on board and I have a pop-up from AMD stating the drivers onboard are totally incompatible with the system and so I download the correct AMD drivers once again and have to perform a full reinstall and then everything is sweet and then Microsoft

The Advanced Micro Devices, Inc driver update of AMD SMBus always fails to update and I get error code 80070103. Suggestions on how to update this, why this happens, and what this is?

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

The issue could be because of the AMD drivers installed on the computer.

Since the Samsung SSD is working fine with the Microsoft AHCI driver, I suggest you to update the AMD driver and check if that helps. To update the AMD drivers follow the steps from the article

Update drivers in Windows 10.

If updating the drivers didn’t help, I suggest you to roll back the driver to previous build and check if that helps. To roll back the driver to previous build follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold the Windows + X key on the keyboard.
   
2. Select Device manager.
   
3. In Device manager, expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers.
   
4. Right click on AMD SATA Controller and select
   Properties.
   
5. Navigate to the Driver tab and click on Roll Back Driver.
   
6. Restart the computer.
