Windows 10: Incorrect information comes up in Settings

In Windows 10 64bit Dell T3610. When opening the settings menu, there is incorrect information that comes us to identity the computer. I am signed in as myself, but the email is from a place I signed into once in Edge to check email. I cannot get rid of the profile I took a screen shot but of course it fails to upload. Tried it several times. So I dropped the image in this post. I have deleted the email from the computer. I have removed that account from the computer.I have deleted apps associated with microsoft.I cannot delete it under Settings>accounts>email and accounts. It just s

gpuz incorrect information

Why does GPU-Z show the incorrect information? Core is set to 1050, which is correct, but it boosts to 1200, not what is shown -1089 . Also my memory is overclocked to 1750 (7Ghz effective) but GPU-Z shows a different value - 1626?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Incorrect Personal Information needs to be corrected

Do you have a number that I can call to get help correcting my profile information? None of the suggestions made are working and setting up another user account as suggested has made the problem worse. All I need to do is correct my original account birthdate that was incorrect submitted and changed when setting up a new pc.
